At the high end, presentation, discretion, and qualifying buyers properly matter more than they do anywhere else in the market. I work in that part of Lubbock regularly.

Buying

Including first-time buyers. I will help you find the right home at the right price, and I will never steer you toward more than you should take on. Once you are under contract, the details are mine to manage.

I also own rental property here, including a short-term rental, so with investors the conversation starts with cash flow rather than finishes.
